1. Agreement
By signing up for or using Apex CleanOps ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. The Service
Apex CleanOps provides cloud-based cleaning business management software. We may modify or improve the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to send spam.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process it only to provide and improve the Service per our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. On termination your data is preserved in read-only form for export.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
