Free plan & paid plans
Apex CleanOps offers a Free plan with no card required. Only paid plans (Growth, Professional, Scale) ask for a credit or debit card — they are billed immediately at checkout. You can cancel a paid plan anytime; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion within the first 30 days of the annual term. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but cancellation will prevent future renewal.
How to request a refund
Email billing@apexcleanops.com from the email associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
Exceptions
If you experience a service-impacting issue caused by us, contact support and we'll work with you in good faith on credits or refunds outside of this standard policy.
