What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is preserved and your account moves to read-only mode. You can still view, export, and reactivate anytime.

Do you offer onboarding?

Yes. The Scale plan includes custom onboarding. All plans include guided in-app onboarding and help docs.

How is my data secured?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is isolated by row-level security.

Do my employees need accounts?

Yes — each employee gets a field-portal login. Seat counts depend on your plan.

Can I accept payments online?

Yes. Online payments are included starting on the Growth plan, powered by Stripe.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks?

Accounting integrations are on our roadmap. In the meantime you can export invoices and payments as CSV.
