Apex CleanOps ("we", "our", "us") provides cleaning business management software. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, company), billing information processed by Stripe, business data you enter (clients, jobs, invoices), and usage data (logs, device info) used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
To provide the service, process payments, send transactional and account emails, prevent fraud, and improve product features. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors required to operate the service (e.g., hosting, email, payment processing) under appropriate data-protection agreements.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each company's data is isolated by row-level security. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
